    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Quite often happens that watchdog detects Plesk SpamAssasin going down and then after some minutes it goes up again.

Just a couple of time this is also happened to the Plesk Web Server.

Any idea?
