watchdog is broken

Hello,
after I upgrade plesk to 8.2.0 the watchdog service cannot be used.
I reinstalled it a few times, but nothing changed.

I sometimes get this message:

Internal Plesk error occurred: Error occurred while building configuration file. For help, refer to technical support.

and sometimes this:

The monit service does not respond. Refer to SWsoft technical support for help.
