Issue [Watchdog] Update rkhunter to 1.4.6

The software package Rootkit Hunter (rkhunter), bundled with the Watchdog extension, is still running 1.4.4.
As indicated on the post by IgorG on Jul 24, 2017, the last update was over two years ago...

Rkhunter 1.4.6 has been released over a year ago (20/02/2018), see changelog.
The update contains several new tests and changes.

Can you please update Rkhunter to 1.4.6?
