WatchDog vs PermitRootLogin AND Black zone with privvmpages

Hello to everybody,

I have some problems regarding my VPS account, where I use Plesk.
Daily I receive an email from watchdog where it tells me:
"Security scanning generated the following warnings (the full scanning log
is available at /var/log/rkhunter.log):

[10:47:41] Warning: root login possible. Change for your safety the 'PermitRootLogin'
[10:47:41] Warning: SSH version 1 possible allowed!"

and on Virtuozzo
at QoS Alerts in the listing I found:
Black zone ----- privvmpages

...And I have to restart VPS.
The servers crashes(?) when I read an email via webmail, and I change something in Plesk and Memory statistics is always near these values: 3.8 GB of 3.8 GB used; 29.2 MB available.

Can somebody tell me, what I have to do to solved these problems?
