web applications under plesk 10

Hi,
first of all thanks for the nice work ! We are new to plesk and have some problems. In our test plan, the user can't install applications from :

https://domain.net:8443/smb/admin-home

There is only "installed applications" mentioned but nothing else. We have plesk 10.0.1 with billing. SSO and all other seems to work correctly. We upgraded from 9.5.3


Any hints ?

So how do we 'turn on' application vault in your licence.. My licence is for unlimited, billing and powerpack, yet my application vault is 'of' in my licence...
