Web Apps Bug Issue

I am on Windows 2003 using Plesk 8.6.0_build20080722.15.

I am being told that the web apps not working on 8.6 is a bug issue. When will this be fixed? I can only access the web apps from the server area under Plesk but CAN NOT access any web apps by choosing a domain to install a app on.

Any information would be appreciated.
