Resolved Web autoinstall has problem with permission

Plesk version and microupdate number

Hi,

I have use Linode and use Plesk web autointall by private key with root user after finish setup and everything work then i just click on

Diagnose & Repair​

then i found many issue with permission. What would i fix it? i click on Repair button but does not help.
