web directory list problem

After install the pleks 9 when one is in web directory can not list all items, only displays the first folders and files.

i remembered this happened once in plesk 8.6, a reset account resource and password shall fix it sometime.
 
changed the password for the administrator of plesk and not worked.
 
change the domain ftp password, not the administrator of plesk
