Web Mail doesn’t communicate with yahoo

After upgrading to plesk 8.1
Web Mail doesn’t communicate with yahoo and return back following error
I have checked which my server is not listed for spam

MailEnable: Message Delivery Failure.

Reason: ME-E0193: [8788DA367C7F4EFC81DB2CCAAE423B75.MAI] Message
Delivery Failure.

Your message addressed to the target domain (yahoo.com) could not be
delivered because the mail server responsible for this domain returned a
permanent error.

The server returned:

553 Mail from 000.000.000.000 not allowed - VS99-IP1 deferred - see
help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/defer/defer-02.html (#5.7.1)[10]
