• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
    We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
    If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
    MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Plesk mail, spam outlook/hotmail & co

Ah ok I understood

I want to know one thing

the site "jetest eu" it is on the Plesk server,

but the reverse IP reference site "m84 be"

when I have customized my own dns,

I used m84 be? or for each site that it is in the server I have to do its own DNS?

DNS 1 and DNS 2

?

exemple.com

ns1.exemple.com
ns2.exemple.com

blabla.com

ns1.blabla.com
ns2.blabla.com

or I can use 'm84 be' to all sites that it finds on the server Plesk?

Thank you

Ok well I add new dns

I change at ovh and my server plesk

1. Create new glue registry (ovh)

ns1.domaine.com -> ip server
ns1.domaine.com -> nslookup -> sdns2.ovh.net -> 213.251.188.141

2. Change dns for my domain (ovh)

ns1.domaine.com
n2.domaine.com

3. Change DNS parameter on plesk, select my domain and add (plesk)

ns1.domaine.com A ip server
ns2.domaine.com A 213.251.188.141

normaly its ok :s?

Hi Pecnet,

For the SPF - TXT - entry, i recommend:

Code:
<domain>. TXT v=spf1 +a +mx +a:<hostname> +ip4:<ip.mail> ?all

I recommend as well a DMARC - entry:

Code:
_dmarc.<domain>. TXT v=DMARC1; p=none

Please use for example "http://www.kitterman.com/dmarc/assistant.html" ( external link, please inform me if the link goes dead, so I can suggest another link ) to generate you very own, specific DMARC entry.

hello if I understood I add my DMARC and edite entered SPF
it gives this ->

_dmarc.mydomaine.be. TXT v=DMARC1; p=none

mydomaine.be. TXT v=spf1 +a +mx +a:myhost.be +ip4:IP_SERVEUR ?all

?

thanks
