Web Page won't display

I uploaded the index page of my website to the plesk box to test that everything worked. The index page came up great using the URL. Well I had to change the IP Address I was using and after I did it stopped working. I've double checked the dns record. when I use the URL it is requesting the new IP Address. When I click on the 'Site Preview' button the website comes up, but it's using Plesk default IP address. I deleted the domain - rebooted - added the site again and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
