Web Presence Builder Option Not Available

For some reason, there is no option for Build a website using Web Presence Builder.

When I went into License Manager, it showed Sites published with Presence Builder: 10

Not being sure, I upgraded to 30 via the website.

I still am not able to use the Web Presence Builder.

This is a new build of Plesk that I did about 30 days ago

Make sure that you have PPSitebuilder marked as installed in Server Components.
