• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Having a problem with a particular site not publishing in WPB since upgrading to plesk panel 11.5.30 - getting an error of "The site has not been published.
Object has no property with name 'width'"

Other sites have been publishing fine since the upgrade apart from this one, any ideas?

Thanks

It looks like database inconsistency. I suppose that for some reason there is no corresponding record in widget_property table for name 'width'. But I suggest you contact Support Team. They will check and fix it directly on your server.

Thanks, after a lot of troubleshooting and removing pages of the site until it published again i found the issue to be some empty text and image modules which had been added on a particular page. Removing them fixed the issue. Cheers.

Yes, we encounter the same.

Browse the database, we found one widget (widget_type = 26) missing width in widget_property.
We locate that particular page (and user) in WPB 11.5 (standalone version) editor, then it can publish.

The right hand side column is empty in the 2 column layout.

Thank you for your information.
