I have a problem accessing the web stats i've tried all possible username and passwords but it just will not let me in. Any ideas on this. cheers in advance
 
I had a similar problem, I logged in to the control panel disable and enable the "accessible via password protected directory '/plesk-stat/' " and it worked.
