Web User FTP Denied

Hi,

When I try to FTP to a web user account I get the error "530 User xxx cannot log in, home directory inaccessible."

Any thoughts?

I figured it out. You can not just FTP to any host name on the server. It works if I us the domain name that the web user belongs to.

Right.

Same counts for Email user logins.

When logging in at email account for Linux on Plesk server, you login as "user".
With the Plesk 6.5 system on Windows, you login as "[email protected]"

But anyway: you should be able to login with FTP with just the username.
