Input WebDav/WebDisk Support

I know this was in previous versions of plesk and is currently still a feature on cpanel but i think this would be a good feature to add back as I use this quite a bit on cpanel and i know a few people that do use it. i was trying to find it on the current version of plesk but it seems to be removed as i cannot find any trace of it.

I want to suggest the feature to be added back to plesk as its useful for using with github on a local machine instead of ftp as it doesnt work like webdisk does.

As an alternative, you can use a different solution (for example, the Seafile Plesk extension).
