Resolved webmail always redirected to HTTPS even no SSL installed

Hi,

I found webmail is always redirected to HTTPS even no SSL installed for webmail, which make the webmail always shows SSL error. This problem only exists on Obsidian 18.0 for Windows, but does not exists on Obsidian 18.0 for Linux or Onyx 17.8 for Windows/Linux.

Environment:
Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.27 Update #1
Windows 2016 Standard

How to duplicate:

1. fresh install a Plesk with Horde
2. plesk bin customer --create test.com -name test.com -passwd "abc1234@XYZ"
3. plesk bin subscription --create test.com -owner test.com -service-plan "Default Domain" -login test -passwd "abc1234@XYZ" -ip 1.2.3.4
4. plesk bin subscription_settings -u test.com -webmail mewebmail
   
   
5. Test by visit http://webmail.test.com , you will see it is redirected to https://webmail.test.com and SSL error is shown
   
   
6. Now we test Horde webmail:
   plesk bin subscription_settings -u test.com -webmail horde
   
   
7. Test by visit http://webmail.test.com , you can see it is also redirected to https://webmail.test.com and SSL error is shown

Since Plesk Obsidian for security reasons, webmail redirect to HTTPS is always enabled.

I understand the security is more important, however it would create huge customer services load because webmail is always SSL error until user manually installs a SSL or register letsencrypt and secure the webmail using the SSL.

Secondly the Obsidian 18.0 for Linux is still HTTP by default, HTTPS will be used only after user installs SSL and enables it.

May I know if there is any method to set the webmail to use HTTP by default in order to prevent huge work load?

Added the ability to disable automatic HTTP > HTTPS redirection for webmail. To enable it, add the following lines to the panel.ini file:

[mail]
webmail.forceHttp = true

On Plesk for Windows, to disable automatic HTTP > HTTPS webmail redirection for existing domains, run the plesk repair web -webmail command.
