Question WebMail can't reactivate

ResellerNot

New Pleskian
I am not a reseller, but I own a reseller package because I have a lot of domains I manage of my own. That said, I was just trying to get a discounted price on a bunch of domains, so I'm in over my head. Anyhoo, I was accustomed to the cPanel for managing my sites and web mail and never had a problem. Then my web host provider switched to Plesk. There was a learning curve but mostly it was doable. No problem. However, now I'm having a problem I can't solve. Namely, all of a sudden, two of my domains' webmail got disabled. I don't know how it happened. I didn't touch any settings. But worse, whether I'm logged in as the customer for the domain or as the reseller, searching through the mail settings, I don't see any button or menu item that lets me reactivate the domain. I asked my web host for help but they just said check my mail settings.

Oddly, for a brief minute, while logged in as the customer, I was able to see an "activate/deactivate services" button. I clicked on that, hose enable, clicked on OK, but then I got a Alert message to contact my administrator. I'm not sure what administrator I need to contact, or how to login to be an administrator, or what the message meant, but it didn't turn the webmail accounts back on for the domain. Then I logged back into the reseller account to access the domain from there rather than as the customer again, and couldn't find any "activate/deactivate services" button. So I'm stumped. I asked Google AI and that seems to think there are controls I can't find, so maybe its our version of Plesk, but that isn't something I'm in control of. Any suggestions?

The administrator would be your hosting provider. You'll need to contact them for help, as they can manage your account privileges (and should be able to help you solve any issue you have in general).

Depending on what privileges you where given as a reseller by your hosting provider you should be able to select/enable webmail on the mail settings of each domain. This does require that the domain is active (i.e not disabled) and have the mail service enabled.

Again, ask your hosting provider for help. This should not be much of an issue for them to solve.
