Webmail Component not installed

I have a paid key on a 8.3 box, I have a temp key installed on a 8.6 box.

I am migrating sites from my 8.3 machine to the new 8.6 machine I get an error about webmail settings not migrating, and in the CP, I see webmail component is not installed, and the updater does not fine the psa-horde packages.

How do I get Horde working on the 8.6 box, so I can continue moving sites?

I checked the Autoupdate script also, nothing in it about horde/webmail.

Just run /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller on 8.6 server and select webamails there for installation. After installing try migration again.

I have done that, I do not see an option to install webmail.

under option:

20. [ ] <+> Addition mail services // 0 of 5 components selected

I see this list:

1. [ ] Mailman mailing list manager support
2. [ ] Kaspersky antivirus module
3. [ ] Dr. Web antivirus
4. [ ] SpamAssassin support
5. [ ] Real-time Blackhole List client for qmail

Please advise as to why I dont see a Horde/webmail option there.

You can download and install all horde related packages directly from https://autoinstall.plesk.com. For example here https://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_8.6.0/dist-rpm-FedoraCore-6-i386/opt/horde/
Just find your OS and platform.

Manual install of various packages did it, all is well now.
