Resolved webmail is not accessible

Hello there,
I am trying to access my webmail "webmail.subdomain.domain.com" from Plesk but it shows "This site can't be reached" ( as shown in the below image) whenever I try to access the webmail.

I have registered the "domain.com" at "GoDaddy" and hosted the website at "Dream host". Now I have pointed the "subdomain.domain.com" to the dedicated server at "GoDaddy" by creating "A" record at "Dream host". "subdomain.domain.com" is hosted successfully but "webmail.subdomain.domain.com" is not accessed it shows the above message. what am I missing why I cannot access my webmail. Note that MX record for "domain.com" is pointed to "Zoho" service which I used to access mail.
