I do not think that it's problem occured after SA activation. Most likely that problem within ME webmail.
Please try the following:

goto IIS->webmail(default)->MEWebmail->properties->security->set user IME_ADMIN(type like that) with password "P!e@5eGue55Me"
It should help. I think.
