• Halloween is coming! To celebrate the occasion, we dusted off a couple of old skins, and even created a brand new one (Pixel).
To get into the festive spirit, install the Skins extension.
  • The new Python extension is now available. It allows customers to deploy and manage WSGI-based Python applications on their websites directly from Plesk.
  • The Plesk Mobile apps for iOS and Android and the Plesk Mobile Center extension have been deprecated, and are no longer available for new installations. In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84, the Plesk Mobile Center extension will be removed from servers during the upgrade, and the Plesk Mobile apps will lose their server management features.
  • The Social Login extension has been deprecated and will be removed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84. After that, it will no longer be possible to log in to Plesk with a Google, Facebook, GitHub account, or with a passkey. Plesk usernames and passwords, as well as logging in with a WebPros Account, are not affected.

Hi, I have just installed Plesk for Windows and I seem to be unable to use the webmail function for my e-mail accounts.
Every time I click on the icon, I get the following message:

"Bad Gateway
The following error occurred:
Code:
The host name was not found during the DNS lookup. Contact your system administrator if the problem is not found by retrying the URL.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please contact the administrator. "

[B]Please help[/B]

Kind regards,
Adrian

it does not look like webmail problem
it looks like dns problem
check if webmail.domain.com is resolved properly

also you can try to check if it works when you open webmail using IP

if this is horde, this would be
http:\\yourip:8425

Looks like you were right.

I tried to go and place the correct IP in the DNS settings for webmail. However, it seems that when a click on the webmail link it automatically points to a different gateway. I cannot find where the unknown gateway number can be amended.
