hi, when i use webmail and send email to my friend, all works. receiving messages does not work why?

when i send email from gmail i have error: 554 5.7.1 <[email protected]l>: Relay access denied
 
Go to Tools & Settings > Mail Server Setting.
Switch Relaying to Authorization is required: SMTP and click OK.
 
I have made some setting in Mailenable
after that, it's stopped receiving email but sending was working
then I have rebooted the machine then email started receiving but stopped sending
and this process continuous
Plesk installed on windows server
can someone help me with this?
