Resolved Webmail: Server not found

Jay Clearvoyant

New Pleskian
Please read the full thread.

So my issue is that I cannot access webmail and I get "Server not found" error from my browser whenever I go to webmail.mydomain.com which is strange. All my DNS records are set properly.

DNS Info
Name: webmail.mydomain.com
Record type: A
IP Address: the IP address.

Yes, I have tried these:
https://kb.plesk.com/118259 (nslookup webmail.mydomain.com <ip address> does work but the first one doesn't return an answer)
https://kb.plesk.com/en/119950

Any ideas?

Thanks
