Hi,
when I add a domain, if I try to connect to this site I get the error "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT".

Someone can help me? (Plesk 12.5.30, ‪CentOS Linux 7.2.1511, Apache 2.4.6)

I suppose that it was checked inside your local network?
 
Check it from your workstation where you try to open this site in browser.
