Issue Website Preview Settings Error

We try to migrate a whole plesk 12.5 windows server towards plesk onyx windows 2016. so far so good, but when we try to enable the website preview feature than we allways get the following error. it doesn't matter which optione we choose. what could be here the problem??

Error: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070520)
