• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Website showing "Page Load Error"

One of our clients has setup a domain under his account and complained that the website is not opening. I logged into Plesk 8.6 as Administrator and deleted and created the domain again. During the setup process everything seemed fine, however, when I open it in browser it gives the same error. I am unable to figure out what could be wrong. Any suggestions, what could be wrong?

Are you sure the domain is pointing to correct DNS/IP?

Futher have you checked the Site Preview in Plesk, if it is showing default page then hosting is OK

I checked the Site Preview in Plesk and it is showing the proper default page, as it should. However, when I type the actual domain name in brower, it shows a "Address Not Found" error.

Actually this domain was initially hosted on a dedicated IP on the same server. My client requested later that it be shifted to his reseller account which is on a shared IP. I did that. And since then, it is displaying this error. It is quite evident that it has something to do with the IP switch, however, I am unable to find out what is causing it. Any help will be appreciated.
