Websites are very slow with frequent not responding

Hello all

A couple of days ago my websites suddenly started responding very slowly (>60s) and often not at all. They are all hosted on a vServer with Plesk (12.5.30 Update #20) at Hetzner.de.

I have tried to restart the server several times without luck. It still have more than 50% available disk space and lots of unused memory. I haven't changed any of the server configurations and can login to the Plesk panel with no problems at all, but all websites on the installation are really unstable. Sometimes they load but in 95% of the time not.

Any ideas of what might be wrong? Thanks in advance!
