• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Websites stop responding

I'm running Plesk 7.5.3 on Win2003 server standard. My websites work fine for about a week and then they all stop responding. When this happends I can log into the plesk control panel but I'm not sure what to check for. I go to Services Management and restart World Wide Web Publishing Service along with Plesk Name Server but that doesn't seem to do anything.

I'm not sure what files check for or maybe a setting I have misconfigured. I'm having to restart the whole server to make the sites come back online.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi
Did what swarn said solved you problem?
have you checked the event log?
what errors and warnings you got?

must have ..i guess he knows his job ..the TSE for Swsoft :)

I think that it is better to check Task manager
If you will see some defpackagemng processes you should kill them. I can suppose that upgrade will not help.
Also MySQL may be in "stopping" state. To solve it you should kill mysqld-nt.exe process via Task manager and then restart MySQL
