Webstat wont update

Since i have installed plesk (centos 5.7) 10.3.1 the pleskstatistics wont update... Webstat is not responding.

I have tried running manuel :

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistic

I have also updated plesk to the new version 10.4.4.

Any ideas how i can get these statistics to work again? Is there a log wehere i can see the errors?

( var/log/sw-cp-server is clean)

Did you try to calculate statisctisc manually for one domain?

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=<DOMAIN.TLD>

What sort of output? Any errors, results?

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=domain.com

I have run this about a hour ago.... it stil is standing looks like he does nothing.

Can i check somewhere i he is doing anything? In some log ?

in top i cannot see he is working on something...

Just checked my other 10.4.4 plesk installations.

None are updating the statistics...

Can it be a bug in de plesk 10.4.4 version?

in ps -aux i see this a lot:

awk -v progname=/etc/cron.daily/50plesk-daily progname {????? print progname ":\n"????? progname="";???? }???? { print; }

None are updating the statistics...
Can it be a bug in de plesk 10.4.4 version?

I have also this issue with plesk 10.4.4 whereas statistics was well updated under plesk 10.3.1

Same problem here, Plesk 10.4.4 on Centos 5.7.

Did you solve the problem?

You have to install microupdate #5 - http://kb.parallels.com/en/112937 where the problem was fixed
and maybe restart the server after installation
