Webstatistics wont update: Please help

The webstatistics are not being update from many days, I have followed this link but still same. If i try to start it manually it gives following error:


C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Additional\Webalizer\bin\>webalizer.exe
Webalizer V2.01-10RB02 (Windows NT 5.2 Service Pack 2) English
Error:Ca't open log file
