Webstatistics wont update

Webroy

Regular Pleskian
HI ,

Aain a problem with the webstat of plesk 10. they wont update.

I have installed the latest updates of plesk 10.4.4 and rebooted the server:

These are hanging:
root 32683 0.0 0.0 2504 884 ? S 04:02 0:00 /bin/sh /etc/cron.daily/50plesk-daily
root 32684 0.0 0.0 2248 580 ? S 04:02 0:00 awk -v progname=/etc/cron.daily/50plesk-daily progname {????? print progname ":\n"????? progname="";???? }???? { print; }
root 32685 0.0 0.9 74008 41336 ? S 04:02 0:00 /usr/bin/sw-engine -c /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/DailyMaintainance/script.php
root 32744 0.0 0.6 60040 26552 ? S 04:02 0:00 /usr/bin/sw-engine -c /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics
root 32750 0.0 0.0 10280 3156 ? S 04:02 0:03 /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/statistics_collector

When i try one domainname:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=

He still hangs... Is that a bug agian. i have it on more then one plesk 10.4.4. server

Thanks

I can confirm; running --calculate-all hangs, however running --calculate-one produces the following:

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=exampledomain.com

WARNING during statistics_collector execution: : error: error accessing /usr/share/tomcat6/logs: No such file or directory
error: tomcat:2 glob failed for /usr/share/tomcat6/logs/*.log

Running 10.4.4 on CentOS6.

This morning again:

root 32683 0.0 0.0 2504 884 ? S Jan27 0:00 /bin/sh /etc/cron.daily/50plesk-daily
root 32684 0.0 0.0 2248 580 ? S Jan27 0:00 awk -v progname=/etc/cron.daily/50plesk-daily progname {????? print progname ":\n"????? progname="";???? }???? { print; }
root 32685 0.0 0.9 74008 41336 ? S Jan27 0:00 /usr/bin/sw-engine -c /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/DailyMaintainance/script.php
root 32744 0.0 0.6 60040 26552 ? S Jan27 0:00 /usr/bin/sw-engine -c /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics
root 32750 0.0 0.0 10280 3156 ? S Jan27 0:03 /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/statistics_collector

No webstat updated.

This could do the trick:

mv /usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/tomcat /root/logrotate_backup

and reboot
