  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Webstats not updated after migration

Hello,

We migrated whole server form one with Plesk 9.5.4 to the new with Plesk 11. After migration webstats aren't updated for all vhosts. Daily cron is working and files in webstats folders are reacreated according to timpestamp.

Trying one domain to reconfigure with:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=domain.com we get this error message:

Any idea what caused this? Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem after Migration from 9.54 to 11.09.
My Workaround was to go to Abonnements/Domain/Website and domains/ In the pull down menue set Web statistics to "No" and press o.k.
Then set Web Statistics to "Webalizer" again and press o.k. again.
Next morning statistics worked for me.
(Before you do this backup! old statistics).
