I need help please.

I create a webuser to manage my new page until recieve the "ok" of my boss. So my problem is My webuser can create, move, delete or modify the files on its folder, and all files show the correct date of modification but when launch a browser and call the files , the files is the old version.

this problem only happens with webuser, because if i change some files on httdocs folder the changes are showing

I have already clean the cache of browser on my pc and 3 pc more, and the problem persist.
