Weird Characters after update

I just recently used the Plesk Autoupdater to go from 7.5.1 to 7.5.4 and now when I goto login to the plesk control panel I'm presented with a page full of garbage characters. It looks like binary info trying to be displayed... I'm able to circumvent this by logging in a second time and then I can navigate through the control panel as per usual. Now the real problem comes when I try to add a domain after completing the physical hosting setup page I press submit and voila the garbage page again. I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this and if so whats going on?

Are you sure that the upgrade was completed sucesfully? What can you see in the file:

/usr/local/psa/version

Yeah my plesk control panel now says 7.5.4 which it did not before. The /usr/local/psa/version file also has the 7.5.4 in there with a build number as well it looks like. When I view the source of the page with weird characters the very first line has !#/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/php and then the weird characters start on the next line. To me it almost seems as though it's trying to use the php in /usr/local/psa/admin/bin to run a binary php file. I know that ioncubes php loader is used I'm wondering if somehow maybe this isn't working anymore. The version of php thats in /usr/local/psa/admin/bin is 5 whereas the php on the system (in /usr/bin/) is 4.3.10 the one I used to have. I'm sure that the update either didn't finish or some inconsistency has been introduced I'm just not sure where to look next. Thanks for the quick response as well

Anyone seen anything like this?? It almost looks like to me that the new plesk interface (done in PHP5) is trying to run a binary file, and if I'm not mistaken do they use the IonCube loader to load the binary php files? If so is this how the new plesk version works as well? Anyone have any ideas on what's going on here? Thanks in advance for any help.

Alright, I contacted Plesk and one of their technicians logged in and fixed the problem. It looks as though he reinstalled some files with the following command (after he downloaded the Fedora Core 2 rpm download)
rpm -Uvh --force base/* opt/bu/* opt/api/*

things seem to be working now, I have a few notices that pop up here and there, like php notices but nothing preventing me from getting stuff done. Hopefully this can help with your issue as well. Seems the auto updater through Plesk didn't work so well. But I was impressed with the support help I receieved. Thanks for everyone elses help as well.
