Issue WHAT IS NOURNET? AND UPDATE PHP VERSION

Hi ,

Actually I had a problem in my server

when I loggedin to server its on https://ws.nour.net.sa:8443/login_up.php
is it plesk too? or what?
cuase when i logged in it's plesk homepage

and I have a problem in php version I need to update it to 8
but I couldn'f find it in php setting , I need to contact support bus I can't cuase when I tried to logged in into plesk it's give me an error the email or password is wrong

The login page looks like Plesk, yes.
