In your opinion, what is the best free substitute for Horde (as webmail, not cloud)?

Can we install it now, or just when I do the update from 18.0.68 Update #2 to 18.0.69?

Is there any safe tool to migrate from Horde to the new system (for files and archives)?

It depends on your own needs and preferences. Available alternatives are Roundcube and SOGo. Both are functional alternatives.

SOGo is probably the most similar in functionality when compared to Horde, but with a much more modern interface. Roundcube is much more of a basic webmail client, without any calendar features.

You can install all of them on your server via Plesk and try each of them on different domains to see which one you like best.

Is there any safe tool to migrate from Horde to the new system (for files and archives)?

Email messages are stored on the server and accessible to any of the webmail clients you have installed on the server. There are no tools (to my knowledge) to migrate other data, like contacts and calendar data. You'll have to do that manually.

Thank you so much for your reply! Your advice is very helpful.

I am trying to install in plesk both Roundcube and SOGo, unfortunately unsuccessfully. I followed all the steps in this link

But when I go to the link “webmail.domain.com.br” the page just doesn´t work (pleas find attached an image of the page shown).

For both Roundcube and SOGo the same page appears.

Do you have any advice about how I could solve this problem?

Hello, Maria. Could you please navigate to Domains > example.com > Mail Settings and confirm what's selected for "Mail service on this domain" and "Webmail"?
