That's a very broad question and it depends on what you want do. So let me counter by asking two questions:
1) What do you want to change in the PSA database
2) Why do want to change anything in the PSA database

"What/Why?" is a really good question! Would like to see the answer too.

I think, the Support KB (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213928465-How-to-access-the-Plesk-psa-database-in-MySQL) will answer on the question about performing queries directly.

Using Plesk data directly is not a good idea. The database structure can be changed at any time, and then your integration will break.

It is recommended to use CLI / XML-RPC / REST API for integration.
