If you mean "default domain" in Plesk CP > Home > IP addresses > Hosting > "Set as default" feature - it
sets the domain which should be opened if entering IP address instead of domain name in the browser.
As in most cases IP address is shared and there is many domains hosted on the same IP - "set as default" feature
clarifies which domain will be opened.
