what is the fresh debian setup?

I want to setup Plesk on Debian. Plesk wants a fresh installation. Before the setup, how do I setup Debian? Which services must installed? Or any services must installed and plesk autoinstaller will setup necessary services?

Install Debian with a minimum setup than use apt-get to install all the DEB packages that are required by Plesk. These can be in txt file in the distribution root. The autoinstaller installs them automatically.
