what is the point of backing up?

Hi there
If you take the example where on a Monday you do lots of changes to your site and at the end of the day you publish. Then on a Tuesday, you do lots more changes, but before you publish, you don’t like what you were working on and want to go back to where you were on Monday evening - how is that accomplished?
As far as I can see this is not possible?

There is no backup functionality in v.3 but in new recently released v.4 for backup you can use Sitebuilder backup utilities. So you can create backup every day and restore necessary data if you want to turn changes back.
