the Plesk Let's Encrypt extension uses this folder for ( temporary ) validation processes, in case you issue or renew a Let's Encrypt certificate.

you will need it from time to time and it will be re-created in case of a need... so there is not really any need to delete it... but pls. feel free to delete it, if this is your desire.
