  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I am a newbie and would like to ask an expert to help me to install this great control panel on my server. I purchased the Plus Edition with Dr. Web and don't exactly know what components I should select to install.

Some notes:
I'm running Windows 2003 Standard with SQL 2005 Standard installed. After Plesk installation (per this forum) I will go ahead and install my ColdFusion 7 Standard Edition software. My primarly goal is to offer Coldfusion, ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, MSSQL, MYSQL Access, FrontPage Extension, and Email Hosting. SSL Certificate service would be a plus.

Please advice.

Thanks,

Mike
