When problems do menu panel Plesk 11

I have a problem with Parallels Plesk 11 on my panel.
when there is usually a complete login plesk menus that I normally do but now there does not appear a blank alias menu panel in plesk I like the image below
What's the solution for my Windows Plesk Panel that does not happen this way

Have you tried restart Plesk? Have you tried to troubleshoot this issue with help of Plesk logs investigation? Any results? Any useful related error messages from logs?

I've never restart Plesk her but there was no change to the Plesk Panel.
I've never solved a problem with plesk logs investigation, how to run the plesk log investigation?
