Where are the write permissions for domaines saved?

Hi there

I am trying to migrate from 8.6 to 10.x, it kind of worked, but I have lost all of the folder permissions for write access I set up in 8.6.

Can somebody tell me where are this permissions saved in 8.6 and in 10.x, so I can move them by hand or at least get a whole list of folders that have write permissions (I have 50 domains).

I searched in database with no success and in the filesystem with no success... But they have to be saved somewhere because I know 8.6 to 8.6 restored file permissions with no problem.

What kind of folder like \C:\Inetpub\vhosts\ ? Those permissions doesn't migrate with plesk. So use icacls or change them directly in IIS and C:\Inetpub\vhosts

No, ordinary write permission in httpsdocs like c:\inetpub\vhosts\test.com\httpdocs\images folder.

This doesn't migrate with Plesk? :-( How do I find the ones I set on the old server?

They doesn't migrated from one server to another. There is .security in the root directory for each site - you can extract info from it. But don't replace it while migration Plesk from one server to another (as you can see SID's are different, and this is one problem from several).

No tutorials.

Yes I could see that SID's a re different. I always thought Plesk 8.6 and up did manage to save the permissions, maybe because I was restoring on same server!

Then I wish you add this extra permissions to future requests and store it in database of Plesk and when restoring set permissions back ;-) I have most of my problems because permissions are missing.

There is no "IIS way" of setting permissions in some file I could reuse like web.config file?
