• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Where can I renew a subscription on Odin 12.5.30?

OK... This is embarrasing... I´ve been using plesk for years... Updated a server to odin 12.5.30 and a subscription finished its time... now I can´t find where to renew the term for an extra year...

Anyone can help me?

From which version have you upgraded from?
I shall admit that subscription renewal isn't the best working function of Plesk unfortunately, but you can work it around by opening Subscription > Customize and setting expiration date to a desired date.

However ideally the subscription duration shall be managed by external billing system than by Plesk itself - as Plesk covers only very basic needs in this area. The external billing will likely offer you flexible reminders and other similar staff.
