Both plesk.com and whmcs.com documentation are not well-detailed.

Plesk - WHMCS Documentation and look for Service Plans - they don't exist in Plesk Web Pro

Where do I create a specific service plan inside of Plesk Web Pro?

I reckon I just need to upgrade my Plesk license to Web Host to create service plans.
