Where to Download psa-php5-configurator?

I just did a Plesk 10 install on a brand new Redhat O/S Install and it told me during install I had a missing package that was psa-php5-configurator. However I cannot find out where to download this package?!?!

Those links are for Centos. I'm running Red Hat Enterprise 5.4. Will they work with RedHat?
