Question Which Backup-Style is recommend ?

There are some Backup Options in Plesk but I don't know what's the best.
First I do server-wide backup tools & settings ⇾ Backup Manager. That's no Problem.

But now the second thing :

There are 2 Styles
Subscription ⇾ Domain ⇾ Backup-Manager
or
Subscription → Domain (login as Customer) → Account → Backup Account and Websites

Actually, I use the second thing, but is it right?
I want to back up the customer with all his subscriptions and settings.
