• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

While upgrading to 12.0.18 from 11.5.30

Regular Pleskian
While it is upgrading and I login into the control panel I see "Error: The license key is invalid. In order to use Plesk, you need to obtain and install a new valid license key.
You are trying to use a license key created for another version of Parallels Plesk. Contact Parallels sales representatives to obtain the proper license key." What should I do and how am I getting to the sales representatives?

UPDATE: Click Retrieve Keys and it fails.

Details:

SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Of course I have finally gotten the ticket filed to the support team at the help desk at support.parallels.com hopefully they can resolve this issue.

Another Update: They responded and is now fixed by a newer key file.
